This is a fully custom, cinematic scroll-story build — no template, no
site builder. Every scene is choreographed as a pure function of scroll
position and verified frame-by-frame:

  · 200+ numbered build versions across 83 formal review rounds with the
    owner's written approval recorded verbatim for every surface.
  · A four-tier regression lock: frozen choreography constants, a
    byte-exact media manifest, and three pixel checkpoints that re-shoot
    the approved scenes at three viewports (including 1904x1141 @ 2x DPR)
    and refuse any unapproved drift.
  · 540+ passing unit tests, cross-engine behaviour harnesses (Chromium
    and WebKit, desktop and mobile), and adversarial scroll-gate audits
    (~1,000-trial bypass hunts) run before every release candidate.
  · Custom media pipeline: AV1, H.264, VP9 and HEVC encode ladders,
    all-intra scroll-scrub tails split on art-directed boundary frames,
    BT.709-tagged where the transport carries colour metadata,
    LFS-versioned.
  · A factual-claims register (45 asserted, 16 withheld) gating every
    published figure — each spec on the page carries its provenance.
